Booking & Payment Terms

All booking and price information are on a per person basis unless otherwise stated. Bookings can be made via the Events page on our website (www.go2elitesportingevents.co.uk), by calling 08001337702 or emailing enquiries@go2elitesportingevents.co.uk

To confirm your place in the event, payment must be made at the time of booking. Priority over access to specific dates & tee times at venues will be given to the person/people who have paid first. By confirming your place at a Go2Elite Sporting Events event you give permission for payments to be made on your behalf to our partners and suppliers. A confirmed booking indicates your awareness that the services for which you have paid are the product of the relevant partner/supplier and not the product of Go2Elite Sporting Events. The selling price of each event is the amount you pay. You will not be asked to pay more in the event of a price increase nor will refunds, credits or vouchers be issued in the event of a decrease in the price of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business we incur costs and are required to pay our partners and suppliers in advance of the event. We understand things can change and intend for our cancellation policy to offer a balance between fairness to our customers and ensuring we, as a business, are protected. Cancellations of bookings must be submitted in writing to enquiries@go2elitesportingevents.co.uk and will be considered on an individual basis with any credits issued in the form of a voucher to be used towards alternative Go2Elite Sporting Events products.

Changing a Booking

Changes to events you have booked can be made by contacting enquiries@go2elitesportingevents.co.uk. All changes and amendments to bookings are subject to availability at the time of discussion and are at the discretion of Go2Elite Sporting Events Ltd.

Planning for the Event

Players are required at time of booking to indicate their preferred dates of play at each venue on the competition (where flexibility is offered). Applications from players will be allocated tee times on a first come first served basis. These applications are considered a preference and not a guarantee however every effort will be made to fulfil your request.

The details you provide at the time of booking will be entered into our booking system used for allocating tee times on each date, live scoring on the day of play and for publishing results following the conclusion of each day. Should the nature of the event include flexible tee times, full results per venue may be kept confidential until the conclusion of the specific events at each venue. Competitors will be able to view their results for their specific date of play.

Many golf clubs, resorts and venues implement a dress code policy. It is the responsibility of the competitor to familiarise themselves with this policy and adhere to it. Details on dress code policies can be found on each specific venues website (where applicable).

At the Event

We use email as our primary form of communication with players participating in our events. Please ensure that you have familiarised yourself with the content of these emails in advance of each event.

Where catering is included in the price of your event, any relevant menus/choices will be communicated to you in advance of the event. Please inform of us of any dietary requirements in advance so we can communicate this to our partner venues/suppliers.

We do everything within our control to ensure that each partner golf course is presented to a consistent tournament standard. If a course has to be closed, modified or restricted for any reason in the run up to our event we take no responsibility for this work and our event will proceed as planned. Every effort will be made to ensure that any major works required take place out with the dates of our event. Any issues with the condition of the golf course can be addressed with the appropriate golf club directly.

Go2Elite Sporting Events Ltd reserves the right to take photographs and video footage for a variety of purposes, including future sales & marketing. Imagery and footage may be posted on social media and any website within our control. The copyright of this content is owned by Go2Elite Sporting Events Ltd and will acquire the appropriate consent of each partner/venue/supplier allowing us to take and record this imagery. By submitting your application to participate in the event you agree to these terms and conditions. Any customers not wishing to feature in this imagery/footage must inform Go2Elite Sporting Events Ltd of this in advance of the commencement of the event. Any customers wishing for imagery/footage to be removed following publication should contact enquiries@go2elitesportingevents.co.uk.

After the Event

Upon conclusion of an event day, results will be published no later than 3 days after the event day. This is to allow us time to complete any handicap verifications that may be required or to undertake any required administrative duties. Should the event include a multi-day format at each venue, we reserve the right to withhold the full results until the completion of the final round at each venue.
Where advertised, prizes are at the discretion of Go2Elite Sporting Events Ltd. The prize value is based on an event that is fully reserved and we reserve the right to adjust the advertised prizes and prize values if deemed necessary. Cash alternatives to prizes are not available. Any prizes for on course events, such as Longest Drive or Nearest the Pin competitions, will be awarded upon the conclusion the appropriate days play. Every effort will be made to award prizes immediately following the days play however alternative arrangements for the delivery of prizes will be made in the event this is not possible.
